Return policy

With alunni.net always you have the option to change your mind: buy your products, try them comfortably at home, and if there is anything you do not like, return them (the shipping costs are borne by the buyer): receive a refund of the items you bought in the same mode of payment chosen at the moment of the buying.

You have up to 14 days since you physically received the order to your house to change your mind.

How to return

Contact us using the contact details found one on this site and provide the information about your order (in particular the order number) indicating which products you want to return (model numbers).

Once the request is processed, you'll receive a form to fill out and send back(we are activating an online return process). We will send to the carrier a reservation withdrawal at the address you communicated to us, and the shipment will be insured for the full value of the goods transported.

Once we receive your return, if there are no differences with what we shipped, we engage in the shortest possible time (14 days from receipt of the product in our stores) to make the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase.
